….it just might existREUNION CONVO: 10, 20, 50 (300 words)
The wonderful thing (or annoying thing) about being a high school graduate is the inevitable attending of the reunion. For one, it’s surreal; seeing the older form of your once classmate is like seeing a stranger that resembles someone you once knew (at least that was my experience). That said, the truly interesting thing about attending your reunion is the sharing of experiences, changes, accomplishments, adventures. To put it simply: it’s the answer to the question, “Tell me what you’ve been up to?” So, for this blog post, it’s your turn to imagine this conversation as you’d like it to go.
Task: You are at your reunion….what do you share?
Your response must have 3 different conversations:
- your 10 year reunion conversation (when you’re 27-28)
- your 20 year reunion conversation (when you’re 37-38)
- and your 50 year reunion conversation (when you’re 67-68)
For each, share what you’ve done, what you’ve accomplished, how you’ve changed..etc…etc.
Important Note: Look at this as a creative way of articulating your goals for the future! Be honest, be serious, be realistic.
