The Book and the Dollar

To echo the conversation the Younger family is having in the play, let us examine two ideas: money as the ticket to the American Dream, or education as the ladder.

For this post I want you to examine the presence of these two elements in your life. What role do they play? What hope do you put in both, either? And, ultimately, which one do you feel is more important than the other.
