COMPLIMENTS OF AN ENEMY

For this post, write a poem in which you examine your most flawed characteristic (e.g. impatience, bad temper, disloyalty). This poem can take any poetic form (e.g. sonnet, haiku, free verse, limerick) or any style you choose. There are no poetic rules to this assignment; the main goal is to embrace a more creative approach to self-examination. Be honest and have fun.

If you want to take a page out of Ogden Nash’s book on self-reflection, read “Compliments of a Friend.”
